In roslin’s words:

Therapy is a collaborative process and I strive to create a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard and respected. I want you, the client, to be able to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a space rooted in safety, warmth, and acceptance.

I am interested in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self-worth, and other personal challenges. As a student therapist, I am developing an integrative approach, drawing from a variety of therapeutic perspectives to meet the individual needs of each client.

I believe healing unfolds at its own pace. Meaningful change happens when you feel safe to explore your experiences and reconnect with yourself. My hope is to walk alongside you as you begin to trust your voice, your strength, and your sense of self.

When I’m not curled up reading with my cats, I enjoy spending time in cozy, community-oriented spaces and practicing creative writing.
